Bogota Deluxe is furnished apartments rental for serious people, however we
recommend that you read our coexistence and security rules.
1. PROHIBITIONS:
a) Is totally forbidden consume any kind of drugs, hallucinogenic substances (cocaine,
marijuana, Popper, heroine, etc ) and all those stipulated by the ACT 30 of the Colombian
Constitution.)
b) It is prohibited to conduct illegal activities and / or related to prostitution.
c) Is prohibited to offer parties in the apartments and any activity that violates standards
Building living.
IN THE EVENT THAT NO comply with a, b and c shall be deleted immediately CONTRACT,
NO RIGHT TO REFUND AND THAT EVICTION WILL HAVE THE APARTMENT
2. CHECK IN - CHECK OUT: CHECK IN 3 P.M. CHECKOUT 2 P.M.
We offer luggage storage service if your flight is later.
3. RECOMMENDATIONS:
a) PLEASE DON`T SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENT, in the case that smoke inside the
apartment, we will be in the embarrassing position of charging a professional cleaning
and deodorizing fee of $ USD$ 80, for the next guest .
b) In Case you wish to receive visitors, you must include the names and id numbers in
your check in, in order to authorize them in the Building`s reception. In the case you
want to include more people in your visitors list, please send the name of the person
with id number to the e-mail: info@guesthousebogota.com or contact 604-3293 to
authorize in Reception, This is a basic rule in order to preserve your security.
c) In Case you wish to receive more guest of the registered in your Check in , please
inform Claudia ( mobile: 314-315-5858) in order to fill the Check in form.
d) You will find a security case in the apartment, please use it for saving passports,
valued objects and money. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLE STUFF outside the
Security case, which were acquired FOR YOUR SAFETY
! Please take care of all the stuff of the apartment, as if it were yours, as in the case of
damage, will be charged to your bill !
